A clinic usually has three jobs running at once. Someone is ordering gloves and composites. Someone is explaining a treatment fee the patient cannot pay in one visit. And the front desk is still booking a lot of that by phone.
Toothpick was built for that day-to-day work. The about page says it started in 2022, after the founders saw clinics across the MENA region held back by supply problems, financing gaps, and offline buying. The same page says Toothpick now serves 4,000+ clinics, works with 450+ distributors, and has delivered 10M+ in dental supplies. It also lists 50M+ in financial transactions.
You do not have to use every part. Most clinics start with the job that is loudest this month.
Buy supplies in one place
The marketplace is where the clinic shops. You browse consumables, instruments, and equipment from local distributors and known brands, across dental specialties. You can set a preferred delivery date and time. Toothpick delivers to the clinic within days.
If the cart pulls from more than one local supplier, you still get one order and one invoice. Clinics that buy in bulk can use Toothpick Plus for discounts on larger purchases. The same account works in the Toothpick app on Google Play and the App Store.
The longer version is in how clinics buy supplies.
Let patients pay over time
Toothpay is the patient-financing product. The clinic offers a plan through BNPL providers and bank-backed plans. The patient pays the provider on that plan. The clinic is paid up front, within about a week, and does not collect the installments.
The Toothpay site says 1,300+ clinics use it. That is a Toothpay figure. It is separate from the 4,000+ clinics on the about page, which covers Toothpick as a whole.
There is a second way to offer installments in the UAE. Wio is a partnership offer: the patient splits an eligible treatment on a Wio Personal Credit Card, and the clinic is paid in full at the visit. Read how Wio installments work before you mix it up with Toothpay. The terms, the timeline, and who carries the credit are different.
Finance the clinic's own purchases
Patient plans do not pay for your stock. Toothpay Business is the buying side. You send one list of products, get one quotation, and deal with one contact and one invoice. Installment plans are part of that offer. The details are in how Toothpay Business works.
Put the clinic online under its own name
Healthtech is a clinic app and website in your name. Patients can book, chat, and join a virtual consultation. The clinic can also run a small store inside the app, send notifications, and connect Toothpay for treatment payments. The clinic app and website walks through E-Clinic and E-Shop.

- Supplies: the shop or the supplies post.
- Patient payments: how Toothpay works or the fintech page.
- UAE card installments: Wio for clinics and Wio for patients.
