• Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Toothpick app.
• Device: any internet connected device such as phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit or download Toothpick.
• Service: refers to the service provided by Toothpick as described in the relative terms and on this platform.
• Website: Toothpick’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: toothpickapp.com.
• You: a person or entity that is registered with Toothpick to use the Service.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Toothpick. We are committed to serving our customers to their satisfaction. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Toothpick. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Toothpick, you agree to the terms set below together with Toothpick’s Privacy Policy.

Every single product that you select is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with care. We do this to ensure that your expectations are met. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item(s) received from Toothpick, or they are damaged, defective or not as described, you are entitled to return the items and receive a 100% refund for the items under certain conditions.

How to initiate your return

1. Initiate Return

• Contact us on Chat Support or through phone number +971 58 281 8261 to initiate the return request.
• Make sure to contact us within a maximum of 7 days following the date of receiving the order.

2. Pick Up

• We will send a courier to your address of delivery.
• We will make 2 scheduled attempts on two different days. However, after 2 unsuccessful pick-up attempts, you should return the item from your side.
• Toothpick is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items ONLY in case they are damaged, defective or not as described.

3. Return the Item

Make sure that the returned items follow the following guidelines:

• Proof of purchase from Toothpick (order receipt) is attached with the returned items.
• Items were received within the last 7 days.
• Items are returned in the same condition as received.
• Items are returned in their original packaging.

NB: Liquids and heat-sensitive items are not eligible for return under any conditions.

Refunds

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and, if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a few days to be processed, but you will be notified when the transaction is complete.

There are different options by which the return of money may occur:

• Offline wallet – the amount to be returned will be added to your wallet. You can use these credits on your next order.
• Bank transfer for a specific amount
• Cash transfer for a specific amount – customer covers the fees for this option
• Cash

Shipping

Toothpick is responsible for the return shipping cost. Every return shipment is paid for by Toothpick in cases where Toothpick is responsible for the return, including:

• Damaged item
• Not as ordered
• Wrong item
• Related cases

If the return is caused by customer dissatisfaction, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, including:

• Customer changed their mind
• Customer made the order by mistake
• Related cases
