A clinic app and website under your name

Toothpick

Patients already look for a clinic on their phone. Healthtech is Toothpick's answer: your own app and your own website, with your name on them. The page calls it white-label technology. You license the product. Toothpick adapts it to the clinic.

There are two sides. E-Clinic is what the patient uses. E-Shop is the business layer behind it.

What patients can do

E-Clinic is the patient app. The healthtech page lists the pieces you can turn on:

  • A homepage you fill with your own services.
  • Online booking.
  • Live chat with the clinic.
  • Virtual consultations, so a visit does not always mean a trip in.
  • A built-in store, described as an online pharmacy for products you want to sell to patients.
  • Toothpay, so a treatment fee can be offered as a payment plan inside the same app. The plan itself is explained in how Toothpay works.
  • Notifications and other marketing tools, so you can reach people who already use your app.

The page says patients get a simpler way in, personalized treatment plans, and a faster reply, without the clinic handing the relationship to a generic directory.

What the clinic runs

E-Shop is the ecommerce app and website for the business. You can connect logistics, keep inventory, and show more than one branch. Branches can use different languages and currencies, and you set the delivery zones.

The licensed product can run in up to 20 languages. That depends on you providing the words in those languages. Toothpick is not translating the clinic's clinical content on its own.

Marketing tools on this side include promo codes and notifications sent by zone. The page also says you can connect partners for day-to-day needs such as logistics, marketing, and online payment, and that the technology can connect to other platforms.

The marketplace can sit in this same stack, so supply buying and the patient-facing shop are not two unrelated systems. Supply ordering on its own is covered in how clinics buy supplies.

Who it is built for

The examples start with dental clinics, and the page says the same app and website can be adapted to other medical work. It names four shapes: a medical supplier, a pharmacy, a medical academic, and a medical manufacturer. The healthtech page also says the licensing can be shaped to the specialty you actually run. You share the details. Toothpick configures the app and the site around them.

Clinic-side benefits on the page are practical: patients can reach you with fewer phone calls, follow-up is easier, and you can see feedback. It is the front door and the shop window.

How to look at it

Open the healthtech page for E-Clinic and E-Shop, or ask the team through the contact page. The healthtech page also has a demo booking form if you want a walkthrough.

Healthtech is one part of Toothpick. Financing and supplies are the other two. The map is in what Toothpick is.
