Pay at the clinic with your Wio Personal Credit Card, open the Wio Personal app, select the transaction in Spend, and choose to convert it into 6 or 12 monthly installments. This needs to be done within 7 days of the transaction.

No. Cashback is not earned on transactions that have been converted to installments. Cashback on any other, non-converted spend is not affected.

Your Wio Bank application, approval, and repayments happen entirely within the Wio Personal app. Toothpick does not collect, process, or store this information.

Once confirmed, an installment plan cannot be reversed, cancelled, or converted back into a standard credit transaction.

For example, convert an AED 6,000 treatment into a 6-month plan and you'll pay AED 1,000 a month — AED 6,000 in total, nothing more.
